Threat of financial rights for cohabitees.

On the one hand, it is not surprising to see more suggestions for legislation which would thoroughly undermine the last vestiges of marriage's status in our society. On the other hand - am completely speechless and boggling at the horrific rapidity with which the frameworks of society have been corroded in the last hundred years. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh...
