Yay, a conversion story!

Someone somewhere a while back posted a link to someone's conversion story, in which among other things the writer talked about things that were surprisingly similar in Catholics and Evangelicals. He said that Catholics love conversion stories possibly even more than Evangelicals do. Anyway, here's one.
